... on the island is visible today- stone circles, monoliths, and cairns more than 5000 years old! While the exact history of these early inhabitants remains largely unknown, other early visitors to the Island include the Vikings/Norsemen, early Irish Celtic people, and missionaries. Our tour took in the best of the old and the new as we learned about this wonderful ancient land.
