So today we left LA and headed north to Bakersfield - random place I know but it is purely just a stop over as we are heading to Monterey tomorrow.
First things first we have to pick up our first rental car - while we are out here we will be having 3 cars in total but changing over on the way. Now I have never driven in the US or even on the other side of the road so this was going to be an eye opener for me to say the least! Stupidly I expected to be told a little about the ...

Another day in Bakersfield, CA In order to slow down we decided to stay another day and relax. The weather, as I posted on Facebook, was absolutely perfect. Karen said that they were also planning a trip ...

Shasta and Grants Pass. Rather than try to push our way through the dark for hours and hours all night we decide to stop in Rosedale, a little suburb of Bakersfield, because once again we see the "RV Park" sign along the road.

... your foot down. I then went and worked out on a few of the weights. We then arrived back in good time for tea.
On Friday the kids behaviour had improved once more, I could of happily took them all week in this mood, comapred to the start of the week. As it was the last day we were meant to play the World Cup final, unfortunately and surprisingly it was a 0-0 tie, so I ended up giving it to the team who hit the post - near enough!!! Once we finished ...
