... ll let the pictures speak for themselves. You actually get to walk into this cave that goes behind a really tall waterfall. It is like it's raining inside and in the water below, there are a big school of fish. At the end, we saw a bird show. There were different kinds of halks and owls. They were really big too. ... pressure and acidity). I have also been checking the cherries over their shelf life, looking for any mould or rot, stem dehydration and overall quality change. At the end of the shelf life I test the sugars, pressure and acidity to see if there is any change, as well as weighing the punnet to see if there is any weight loss. Hopefully I will get chance to analyse this data soon to see what it all shows!
