... met een tackel , die op het park rondloopt ,en op gegeven moment niet meer weg te slaan was bij ons. Overal waar we gingen ,liep het beestje achter ons aan. Ze had ons volledig geadopteerd en sliep bij ons op de veranda . Helaas hebben we haar moeten achterlaten . Toen we weg gingen sprong ze bij ons in de bus. Niet zo prettig dus. ... De bevolking van de kust bestaat voornamelijk uit afstammelingen van de vroegere slaven en creolen (afstammelingen van de Spanjaarden). Met de Ecuadoriaanse TUK TUK (de "moto taxi" ) zijn we naar het visserplaatsje Tonchique gegaan . Hier hebben we op de mark wat groenten en vruchten gekocht. Hierna een strandwandeling gemaakt.
