    ... like to steal things and break cameras. We then took a small boat from Misahualli up the Napo River and were dropped off on the riverbank to start the jungle hike. Although we didn't see any monkeys, birds or snakes (thankfully) we saw plenty of spiders, butterflies, ants and other crazy insects.     We didn't hang around in Guaranda. We left the hostel and decided to walk to the bus station, wherever that was.

    We've been without technology now for a while. Well, we still have our gadgets but no internet. There was no internet at the hostel in Guaranda, and we struggled to get internet on the Galapagos.     ... a success so far. On April 7, I left Boston to Panama City, where I spent one night. My time there was sweet and short. I chose to use Couchsurfing to lodging in Panama City, as my journey will be a most economic one! What Couchsurfing is is essentially a social network for a places to stay all around the world.     ... the Americans had asked which one of then was married to me, i told then they should have answered "both".

    The water was cold but good. This was only a tier 3 so not very high nor challenging. We spent a couple of hours repelling down 7 waterfalls and zipping down one. It was fun, cold, and exciting.     ... School is one of many schools in town, and it has consistently good reviews. The school is located above my Mayra's apartment and has a kitchen, patio and multple small classrooms. The environment is relaxed but professional, and my experience was excellent. Fortunately my teacher was patient because I definitely do not have an ear for Spanish.
