... very healthy, but I eat A LOT, all the meals are giant.
I think I plan to leave on Tuesday on a bus to Guayaquil, then on to Montanita to catch up with Fred again. I think Montanita will be like Bocas del Torro byt he sounds of it- people just wanting to drink and party, but we will see. I also want to go to the jungle for a day or 2. I feel like I don't have enough time to do everything, I should travel for longer haha.

So, as many of the local people here have told us just recently -- STAY OFF THE BUSES ALONG THE COAST ONCE DAYLIGHT LEAVES. (Our friend John says the buses along the coast can and have been robbed during the day, but the big warning is to stay off of them come nightfall.)

... zehn Metern gleich hinter dem Wasserfall in einer kleinen Felshöhle zu stehen, um diesmal ohne Gischt, dafür mit ohrenbetäubendem Getose den Wasserfall aus nächster Nähe zu sehen. Ziemlich beeindruckend!

Perfekt zum Beginn des einsetztenden Regens wartete auch schon ein netter älterer Mann mit Mini-Laster an der Strasse, der gestrandete Biker samt Drahtesel auflud, und uns die 20km nach Baños zurück fuhr.
Irgendjemand soll der Leuthard mal ...
