This was always one of my favorite overnights at Mesa. And I was excited to see that this company stays at the same hotel that Mesa stayed at. It's just a short walk to the beach, about 10 minutes or so. We got to the hotel and the captain and the first officer were going to go across ...

Loretta's famous triple layer, sweet cream iced, chopped walnut
covered Red Velvet Cake. The room busts into applause. You see, I

me, think back to the example a few sentences ago. It's starting to
sound a bit better isn't it. Now there is always room for ...

... travels in November this was present fairly often in the islands we visited; get your Curacao liqueur memento after the tour and tasting (delicious, thank you!) but the best was in Jamaica. There are actually two gift shops to cross before exiting to your waiting bus. My resolve is solid in that first shop, lots of looking and oh, that’s awfully cute. I’m strong, I don’t need a knit cap with yarn dreadlocks to prove ...

... a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Then we headed for Clarks Seafood & Chops (a favorite eatery) for scallops and crab cakes. The combination of a warm day (Mag actually was in shorts and tee shirt for awhile), quick passage thru the last drawbridge, easy mileage with no real navigational hotspots, made for a very satisfying days run topped off with a great meal. Doesn't get much better on the ICW! A
