    ... to about 2000 baht but because ZarZar had said it was a bit pricey I made sure I had 3000 baht on me too just incase. We were picked up in the back of a Toyota truck and headed off up the mountain, driving up near enough vertical roads which sitting in the back of a truck can be quite scary I found out.     ... missed something as people said this was Phan Ngan's best snork spot.

    Evenign trip to Salad. Walked the beach and assessed it was also mid range, French and spoiled. Happy with our choice of beach therefore. Delightful dinner at Salad Hut resto, with Fried Morning Glory with Spicy Yum and Laab Moo and Banana Split. Tried to cab it home, but thought the taxi fare was 2 GBP too expensive so walked it instead. Big hills, jungle vibe, moonlight, ...

    ... island is only small so we managed to cover it in a day with stopping of lots of times at different sites. It was nice not to have to rely on a tour bus or other people, we could go and do what we wanted. It's a gorgeous island out from the centre of Chaweng Beach. The sea below was shrouded in the early haze, but the golden glint of the sand stood out as did the islands dotted in the sea standing proud watching over their land. Capturing the most of the views the restaurant was open on two sides, slotted into the hillside between the coconut and durian trees.
