... We got to eat all the food we cook. it finished at 5pm. I planned with someone I met the day before to go to the hard rock café for dinner. I got their at 5:30 and their was a big line so we didn't get in until 6:30. we had our meal and I had to hurry back to my hotel to check out, get my bags and rush to the train station so I can get a train Florence at 7:30pm. ... While we were there a priest was saying mass for a school. There were 2 nuns among the teachers. Part of the church floor is very uneven due to subsidence and is closed off. Subsidence is a real problem in Venice. The Italian government is not very supportive in restoration of buildings suffering from this problem.
