... drinks by the poolside. Cake in the oven we then retreated to the pool for the rest of the afternoon. Aisha had made some delicious home made hummus, which was very tasty and Becca had made some amazing toasted nuts, very moreish and definitely a recipe that will be copied! Feeling suitably prune like we got showered and dressed for dinner. Everyone making that extra effort to mark the occasion and scrubbing up remarkably well ...

    Hold on to ya' pappadums!

The real tacky rubbish party place though; like Malia or Kavos. It wouldn't have been so bad if the location in general was clean, chilled and relaxing but basically if you go to Goa: head south! You could have fun here though I suppose... If you can ignore the hassle, waiters taking food from your plate ...

... beach, we stayed 2 hours and then left. Had lunch on the way back to the hotel.
I am writing this on our terrace at 3:00 PM. The weather is hot and hazy. We said yesterday, that being here in Goa, you could actually be nearly anywhere in the world that has this climate and beach setting. We feel that this place is so much like Costa Rica. It definitely is not the India we experienced in the last 4 weeks. But, at the moment, it's a relaxing ...
