... too deep. It was enough just to cool off though. Apparently this year the rainy season is coming late, we haven't had any rain at all apart from a bit during the night. The days went quickly here, we had booked for three nights but quickly extended for two more. I was developing a good tan and we'd found a really good restaurant called dream catcher which soon became our local. They had a dog which would recognise us and come bounding up when we arrived, we nicknamed her Pani as we ...

... issue for me coming from HARDCORE PEACE CORPS, or Jessie since she goes camping and digs her own holes! But seriously, they were kept pretty clean, and I just found it quite funny that it really was a hole in the floor and it all went right into the railroad tracks. We also found it funny that they had a garbage bin (which we used) just to find out they pick up the bin and dump all the trash out of the train anyways. It was funny to ...

    Russia's Malia

A travel blog entry by gemmafoxall on Jan 30, 2013

The title above says it all really. Despite being very grateful for having arrived in a beach town we had turned up in a Russian holiday boozer. The real tacky rubbish party place though; like Malia or Kavos. It wouldn't have been so bad if the location in general was clean, chilled and relaxing but basically if you go to Goa: head south! You could have fun here though I suppose... If you can ignore the hassle, waiters taking food from your plate ...
