The first part of the day was spent baking a lemon and drizzle cake, an unfortunately timed powerful meant it was baking by candle light and muscle power (flap those wings..) Having not seriously slept in two nights and having very little to eat, I was totally exhausted. Collapsing into my room at about 9 p.m., I got to sleep quickly but was awakened a couple of hours later with a bad gut. Within the hour I was throwing up and suffering from severe diarrhea.
The next day I didn't leave the room, suffering through more of the same and missing my first day of yoga. At mid morning ...
