... of me as they were right with the helmet law. Let's see if the game goes on and I'll stop at customs at the latest. In any case, I'm leading 2-1.

Today was a day just like yesterday. Lovely breakfast at the resort, then back to the room to relax a bit and then we headed off again to our favourite beach, Nai Harn, on the south western tip of the island where the waves are huge. We went in search of the main strip, Bangala road, oh and we were not disappointed with what we found! It some how had ...

I thought it would be good to get out of the gym and to go with a group instead of out on my own at that time of the morning. When I arrived there was no group, it was just me, the gym guy and his friend. We went to the beach and he said we were going to run 4km - easy. But when we ...

... It was a massive tourist trap so you got pestered every 5 minutes to buy a sarong, food, beer or a sun bed and you didn’t feel safe enough to leave your stuff to swim so you had to go in shifts. The sea was warm but there was the constant fear that you were going to be hit by a jet sky and wasn’t really deep enough to swim in the area where there were no boats. We stayed here for the morning and in the afternoon ...
