... s phone. We also went to a cool outdoors place REI to get John Hulme's watch. This place sold everything outdoors, I could spend a week in there. Anyway its a Co-op so we joined it. $20 joining fee and you get 10% refunded at the end of the year on everything you purchase. So we will be getting $45 back on his watch which cost $450. They ship to NZ too. We met Kim for lunch at The Misfit. Had delicious cocktails and awesome food again. We both had Nik Niks (which are sliders) Court ...

... ve been anyone's homes, but who cares. We stopped at a point where we looked out to the famous sign and the city of LA and down below us, the Hollywood Bowl. Back down we were soon at the famous Rodeo Drive where we took in the shops to the stars but didn't dare go in. We drove through Bel Air, Beverly Hills and Sunset Strip. Finally past Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center and back to our start point.

By the way: arriving in L.A. wasn't funny at all. After approximately 24h travelling I finally got to L.A. where I had to realize that it was pouring like never before the last last and bitter cold respectively...

addendum to yesterday: 4h hours walking along Santa Monica Beach. Car trip with the "guest-daughter", who showed me where to shop and how to get zu school..

... theft on any of our european adventures. However, it is wise to be proactive. Don't bring any jewelry, watches or valuables you don't want to lose. Carry a backpack that can be zipped and easily locked if need be. Keep and eye on your surroundings and don't put things down while taking pictures or enjoying the view.

... at right gate then checked in,fark tis **** sucks its all self check in machines that didn't wanna take my credit card or give s seats and stuffed if I could scan passport,what a mission,no service help.. A lady finally helped reluctantly,had to pay $85 cash for the 3 bags after we had to empty a few pounds out of 1 and and put in another so we got that sorted then proceeded thru to check luggage then thru to body scan and take she's off etc,full on ...
