    ... me, so told them where to find me and they caught up and we went onto the far end of town before finding brunch.

    Haha, Hedley learned early if this little black duck doesn't get good food to fuel the body to walk on she pulls on the grumpy pants (he decided he didn't like those real quick) and she slows right down, so getting this bird fed is important.     ... our 3rd floor window. It wasn't too bad until their voices picked up around 2:30am singing Wild Mountain Thyme "la-la-la ... and we'll all go together, to pull wild mountain thyme, all around the bloomin' heather. Will ya go lassie go?" Of course my brain decides to engage now that it recognizes one of my favorite Irish tunes. Oh yes, wide awake at 2:30 humming align with the ongoing party downstairs. Ah, the perils of the Camino... ;)

    ... of mass signified the absolute finality of our journey and pilgrimage. We were once again staying in a Parador, the hotel was huge and dominates one side of the square and is a magnificent building, however our stay was spoilt by a team of buskers who played Spanish bagpipes and banged a drum in an arched area leading to the cathedral square.     ... scoured the coast everywhere in between Coruna and Baldayo and found fun empty breaks.

    La Coruna is an attractive city. It's a rather cold and rainy place in the winter but the sun came out occasionally. We stayed busy on surfari, walking the streets and frequenting our share of bars and cafes. I look forward to returning.

    ... expect. Luckily they still had the confession boxes to go to. There are about ten wooden confession boxes on each side. Not all of them have a priest inside. I walked along and one English guy was confessing - something about voting Labour. All of the priests were well into their eighties and seemed to have been woken up from their siesta and placed into the boxes to doze of again.
