... traditional methods of agriculture are in use. We come across the Campesinos Gallegos basically working the land with their hands or ancient tools. After lunch, feeling uncomfortable from eating too much again, we resumed our day's journey and as usual I was at the back getting distracted by everything in front of me. The first distraction was a chirpy little bird that finally let me photograph it. I could still see my team in front of me. Then came a point with a beautiful view ...

... the station people watching to pass the time away. I am surprised at how many people still smoke in these countries. From Bordeaux another train to Irun in Spain.
The scenery change as we approached Bordeaux to vineyards and more hilly areas. On departing Bordeaux the views changed again and became much more Med style with the houses becoming more villa style and rivers and valleys. I had no idea of my route so was not on the lookout ...

... looked up and saw our friends Maxi and Queta. She burst into tears, was it us or was it the culmination of the walk, we will never know, but they were happy. To celebrate, we hooked up later and drank ourselves stupid, it was a good night.
