    ... early. Still recouping after 3 nights at John's. Wednesday up very early for us and off to Ginger Beer Factory in Bundaberg which we took a great little tour and then off to Harbour, Burnett Head and Mon Repos. Officially November to January is the viewing time for Turtles to lay their eggs and watch the babies head back to the ocean.     ... to Barcelona. Got my window seat. We then chilled out in the little restaurant till flight boarded.

    Got given a voucher for $40 to spend at Changi airport . $20 could be used in the Ambassor Lounge so we cashed it in and spent the time up there relaxing in comfortable seats and having milos and cookies.
    Both Tim and I managed to get some sleep on the plane. Annoyed the hostess as kept lifting the window shade to check out the sunrise.

    ... eat - an expensive and not very nice toastie. Also bought some new earplugs and some covers for my cards. We took off right on time. The flight went really well. Had a meal almost immediately - pork with pasta, fruit, yoghurt and a croissant with jam. Then read the Sunday Mail which was handed to us as we entered the plane. A nice young steward took my backpack and put it up in the overhead locker for me. Just loved that. ...

We drifted off the sleep listening to the incredible racket of the birds which had been joined by many more that returned from the sea for the night.
