    ... to his partner...The were three of us down there trying to fly our kites and only enough wind for one LOL.....
    The dogs have been attracting a lot of inquisitive people to our camp.....one local (14 years ) wandered through and had a yarn and invited us to his place for the evening......nice guy, I ended up cooking tea for him.....Off to bed and an early start to Bundy to get the Diff Pinon seal replaced. ...

    ... this spot...but we were disappointed with the area and the park.....also visited Burnett Heads, and again nowhere as nice as the park and surrounds of Bargara Beach where we are.
    Good choice Geoff!!!!!!!
    this is a very resort style Beach area with trendy shops and very nice beaches....
    plots of Resort style units for rent ..... A good stopover
    heading tomorrow to Hervey Bay ...

    ... forward to the bbq tucker he supplied for dinner tonight.
    After breakfast we set off to the Bundaberg rum distillery and took the guided distillery tour. We were entertained by a Colombian tour guide and got to sample some of the top shelf rum at the end of the tour - hard liquor just after 12noon!!
    After lunch the rains came, so we took care of some small shopping items..... well, mainly ...

    ... Bruce highway is a lot better to ride than the m1. M1 is just a concrete freeway. No scenery just fast traffic and boredom. The Bruce highway It's similar to a lot of our main highways in WA. Bitumen road with scenery either side. Most of the scenery happens to be sugar cane... But still nice to look at. It seems to me that I still wasn't getting very far km wise.....
