Jon went home to see his wife, and Egil, Lars and I went for some ciders at the Hole in the Wall pub in Sliema. We had good chats and then all agreed to go to Good Thaimes for some delicious Thai food. I was happy to take Egil and Lars to my 'local!’

We were up so early the hot sun had barely risen and the streets were silent and all the noisy, hooting card were quiet and still.
