      ... on a conveyer belt and if you ordered some it would arrive by Shinkansen within 30 seconds of your order. With dishes all priced at ¥100 (60p) a lot of fish was eaten! So with my belly full I said goodby to Makoto and Tomoko and all the other WWOOFers and got on the train bound for Osaka with Lauren. I was sad to leave as I had built up such strong relationships but at the same time it is nice to be in civilisation again where the nearest ice cream isn't a 20 minuet boat ride ...

      ... to remember Japanese poems. (100 between 8 of them) the best bit by far was during the interval all the students came round and gave massages to the audience, it was bizarre but pretty funny. We also went to Himeji to see the famous castle. We had unintentionally arrived during a food festival so spent more time eating and watching J-pop then looking around the castle.       ... crow castle' for its unusual black facade was very aesthetically pleasing. The same can be said for the gardens which has big wide open spaces and all the features of a traditional Japanese garden. It went from 12,800 yen down to 5800 yen. As Lynne stood there, she dropped the price down to 4800 yen or about AUD$53.
