Today was the first day where I could use my JR Pass... Finally! No more buying tickets or having to charge my IC card. Today the destination was Hakone. Why not take the Shikansen? Hakone one of the pretty areas around Mt. Fuji. I especially liked Owakudani where the sulfur steam comes out of the ground. ... kit the airport was issuing complete with blue sleeping bag water and a sleeve of Ritz crackers. Turns out the blue and green trash piles we had seen previously were actually people in sleeping bags. We found a quiet discreet corner and went to "sleep."
