After taking a Thomas the steam engine train to mount Fiji from the surf town of kamakura, we shorty realized it was cold at Fuji.. real cold. We arrived at our hostel in the small town below mount Fuji planning on doing a little hiking as far up as we could go but were told by the hostel owner our skinny jeans, sneakers and spring coats would not suffice and that we would "literally die" ...
