The most amazing experience of the day has to be the lift ladies at the department store in Ginza. There were several of them, perfectly attired in their beige and black uniforms announcing the arrival of the lift and then bowing when a lift opened and closed. Several kimono clad ladies were shopping here ...

        ... impressive it was.

Some new roommates today at my second and last night at the current hostel. Another two Australian Sheilas, this time in their 20's but both as big as houses and a chap from Sydney named Leith or Leif on his last leg of a six month journey around the world who loves showing off his torso and whose luggage never arrived in Tokyo. It was a bit cold for Erika on the beach at Ichinomiya. The wind was considerably cooler than the water and by the time I had packed everything up I was feeling a little on the cold side as well. I recommended that we grab a coffee and warm up before we head off to the train station. Fortunately, there was a very nice coffee shop next to the noodle shop where we had eaten lunch. After a ...

... to contemplate how different the two are from each other. The shrine itself is still as impressive with MIko-sans everywhere.

Yoyogi park was sold to us as a great experience with talented buskers everywhere. When we go there there where none. the parks itself was fairly average and we didn't stay long. We decided to head straight to shibuya terminal.

At shibuya I took Adam to the dog ...
