      Great hotel for backpackers!

This was an amazing hostel! I was in a four bed dorm but there were many, many other private rooms. The hotel had it`s own spa with its own Onsen which was pretty cool. Staff were friendly and spoke ok English. You could hire bikes out for free and there was even a PS2 with Tekken on it, which me an my friends loved!

I stayed at this hotel for a month as a base for exploring kansai. The staff are helpfull and freindly and most speak exellent english.the room was comfortable and clean and sometimes the hotel almost felt like a backpackers rather than a business hotel.A definate cosey vibe in novembers cold. The hotel was very convenient to major transport hubs like
Tennoji and abenobashi and the nearest train station is on the jr loop line and midosuji and sakaisiji lines.Taishi, the hotel area although a fairly nice area is near some run down neighbourhoods but they are interesting places to see .It is also opposite shinseki which is amazing.I liked this hotel a lot and thanks to them had a great time in Osaka.

Osaka is a really cool city and one of my favourite places I`ve visited in Japan. It has such an amazing night life and has some of the best food I`ve tasted in Japan.

When you go you have to try Okonomiyaki, it`s a sort of pancake mix with cabage and other vegatables mixed in with a Japanese sauce and mayonaise smothered on top. The …

... fish and meat. We didn't end the night hungry, we ate every delicious bite, and took Airborne when we returned to the room. (I've just saved you all at least 100 bucks because you will eat at home for a couple days!) Earlier in the day, I roamed the underground, staying dry. The most fascinating place was the huge "grocery store". It had everything that you can imagine except grocery carts and long check out lines. Attendants were ...

October found the weather in Osaka finally cooling off. It also found me on the 3rd for my birthday, a year older and wiser, but also a bit sick. I fought off the cold and celebrated out on the town in Osaka a week later.

Birthday highlights have to include the cake. Here in Japan, sans oven, Jack was able to pull off an incredible vanilla cake from scratch ...

... Even had the dorm room to myself.

Found that when I was checking out the guy who ran the place wanted to give me a discount since the place had not been open long and the service may have been poor. Decided he was giving me to much of a discount and ended up just rounding it to the nearest thousand yen rather than taking the full discount he offered. While they may of just opened I didnt have any problems with the accomodation or service though Im not completely ...
