D1 - Shinsekai area, Spa World
Had an early train to Oaska from Naha so that I would have plenty of time to do something today. Have been in Osaka before and beside wanting to have a soak and veg in Spa world had no real plans to do anything for the next couple of days.
Started out by going to the train station to check out what time …
3 airports,I always create my own dramas when things could go so smoothly.got searched at Kansai airport but somehow got through customs earlier than expected so i didn't miss the last train to Shinimamya.Osakans are very casual is my first impression..so anyway jet lagged must sleep.I like this hotel too.
Japanese slyle squat toilets are fun!
This morning i went for a walk and ended up at an entirely different place to where i intended.but worse there was no logical explananation to how i ended up there by following that route on the map.It was a pleasant journey anyway , my first getting lost episode in japan.Went to shinseki(new world) a former luna park type entertainment district …

TravelPod Member ReviewsBusiness Hotel Mikado Osaka
I stayed at this hotel for a month as a base for exploring kansai. The staff are helpfull and freindly and most speak exellent english.the room was comfortable and clean and sometimes the hotel almost felt like a backpackers rather than a business hotel.A definate cosey vibe in novembers cold. The hotel was very convenient to major transport hubs like
Tennoji and abenobashi and the nearest train station is on the jr loop line and midosuji and sakaisiji lines.Taishi, the hotel area although a fairly nice area is near some run down neighbourhoods but they are interesting places to see .It is also opposite shinseki which is amazing.I liked this hotel a lot and thanks to them had a great time in Osaka.
