This was an amazing hostel! I was in a four bed dorm but there were many, many other private rooms. The hotel had it`s own spa with its own Onsen which was pretty cool. Staff were friendly and spoke ok English. You could hire bikes out for free and there was even a PS2 with Tekken on it, which me an my friends loved!

I stayed at this hotel for a month as a base for exploring kansai. The staff are helpfull and freindly and most speak exellent english.the room was comfortable and clean and sometimes the hotel almost felt like a backpackers rather than a business hotel.A definate cosey vibe in novembers cold. The hotel was very convenient to major transport hubs like
Tennoji and abenobashi and the nearest train station is on the jr loop line and midosuji and sakaisiji lines.Taishi, the hotel area although a fairly nice area is near some run down neighbourhoods but they are interesting places to see .It is also opposite shinseki which is amazing.I liked this hotel a lot and thanks to them had a great time in Osaka.

... have fallen out of my pocket in the taxi. Later, back at the hotel, Jenny called the cell phone and the Taxi Driver picked up the phone! We needed a translator and fast! Jenny and I raced downstairs to the second branch of the hotel (a block away) and thankfully found a staff member who could help us. They will return the phone to us tomorrow! Sadly, this would NEVER happen in the U.S. Such a ...

... this garden too, was a disappointment. There just wasn't anything to see, just a big empty field.

The castle tower itself was far more impressive, and was absolutely huge at over 8 stories high. I had to take an elevator up the 8th floor (apparently they had those in medieval Japanese castles) and make my way back down, floor by floor, browsing the many exhibits as I did. The view from the castle observation deck was great with some impressive ...

During our one day stay here we visited the castle and the temple. We noticed that most of the cars were small and boxy with high backs but looked very smart. Beer was very expensive, people most obliging, dainty little shop.
It would be nice to spend more time ...
