... and a half hours from landing in Tokyo. Most of the trip thus far has consisted of me playing trivia and chatting with Madaug while playing rpg novels. Seven hours into the flight, I finally conformed to the free movies and tv shows bandwagon and watched a Hozier documentary. ... into the sun, I could hardly believe that we were looking at one of the most sought out views in Asia – and we hadn’t even landed yet! What an incredible way to start our holiday.

At the airport we had that old familiar feeling of stepping off the plane, walking through the corridors and arrival lounges and just looking at each as if to say: 'we’re here! We did it!’ We wandered through the airport and all I could think was, ‘my ...

... and continued on our way! Don't worry we learned our lesson and will make sure that Im watching him switch the money around aha. Afterwards we decided to walk to Asakusa and take in the sites! It was a lovely morning walk and we managed to find the Sensoji temple and the Asakusa shrine pretty easily! It was a beautiful site to behold and it was wonderful seeing how devoted some people are to their religion as they came from all over to pray. What was really neat about the ...
