... YUM! I had 4 days which I spent chilling out and sightseeing, I saw the Nagoya castle which was my first taste of the Samurai, and visited the Science museum which basically consisted of all the physics from A-level and fun interactive experiments which I enjoyed. ... 5 times the pace of the old train! I then took the 2 hour bullet train to Nagoya from Tokyo. Unfortunately I was now about 1 hour 30 mins later than I'd planned but it could have been a lot worse! ... of the little whitebait (avoided that one), tapioca chips dipped in honey and butter (that was popular), yam schnitzel for want of a better word, omelette, bean curd topped with soy sauce and benito flakes (dried fish shavings).

We are eating far too much now and have to have a serious cull of our food intake. I am sure that I have gained another kilo or two in just a week and a half.
