... I have a passport, Japanese money, credit card, and glasses. ... Visited an ASDA store which is a kind of cross between The Warehouse and a supermarket. Some very good prices!

  • Only downside was that most shops and the mall closed at 4pm which seemed a bit early.
  • We also took a photo of me outside Stranton Church, mainly for mum's benefit. Brienne felt a bit cold today but overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing ...

I loved the section after this as it brought back memories from my 100th marathon last year as I got more and more excited knowing I was going to complete it and kept running even up the hills much to Andy's horror.     ... Monday we set off to York for the day, walking along the city walls and taking as many photos as our cameras could! We wandered through the town, marvelling at cathedrals, churches, castles and many other things that are older than my country!
