Over all, it was a nice day with a great group of people. The tour bus was awesome and I was able to catch-up on a couple of the Disney movies I don't think I've seen all the way through before (since their were kids on the trip the guide let them pick the movies to play while we were driving). It was about 2.5 hours of driving with a 20 minute rest stop along the way.

Today was full on traveling. While we physically do not do anything i find everyone is exhausted at the end of a traveling day. A little bit of excitement was had when Junior, KC, Dean and myself got stuck on the train. Trying to get 44 people off a carriage using one door is not smart but we HAVE to listen to organizers. ... the countless buildings across Japan. That's a good thing, as there is very little else left standing in Hiraizumi and the attractions mainly consist of foundation stones marking the locations of once grand buildings. Riding around in the bus covering all the different sites across town, the driver anticipated the boredom of the passengers and started singing old songs about the region. At least that is what the others told us.
