Our carriage was right up the other end, and some young fellow saw we looked confused and pounced! ...

Along the way to Montemagno we stopped in Casale Monferrato! Unfortunately the castle was closed but we got to walk around, see the Cathedral- Cattedrale Di Sant'Evasio, and stop by one of the best cookie shops ...

People keep asking me, "What in the world do you do all day?!" I must be very simple because I'm perfectly satisfied with the quiet lifestyle I've been enjoying the past 7 weeks. After washing the dinner dishes from the night before, I try and find some way to contribute to the household. Maybe I'll hang the wash in the sunshine or dust or mop the floors; but this house is so darn clean that in actuality I have plenty of free time to enjoy the ...
