Usually, no matter where either of us have been, by the end of a holiday/vacation, one is ready to go home...........NOT SO, screams Jan ! 2 weeks in Italy has been magical and also far too short ! And we have both fallen in love with the Amalfi Coast and its people.....back to England tonight, and we are sure that we will have a wonderful time with family and friends for the next week, before returning to Oz........ AND Jan is already planning our next time on the Amalfi Coast !!!! ...

After a long and somewhat cramped flight on Virgin Atlantic from Hong Kong we arrived at Heathrow in the early hours. After a long traipse through terminal 3 we cleared immigration and customs and got our bags without a hitch. Our friend Ros had booked a minicab for us and he was waiting for us. We were just heading down the street and found this garden. This garden actually had some graves in it. I took a picture of the tombstones there. ... something to give me and complaining that they should have something to give to visiting officers. They gave me a tin of Chinese tea, a painting of the police station and a helmet badge, They were trying to figure out how to give me an entire helmet but they all belonged to someone so I got the helmet shield, I could go on and on about the 2 hours I spent with Derek and Malcolm but let it be said that this will be one of the highlights of this trip for me. ...
