    ... big toucan thing that would come and sit with him and you could stroke and feed him.
    They gave us this incredible leaving party with Balinese dancers and music and we all had to get up and dance and on the last day the boys all sang a song for us as we left. Was so sad to leave this place but if one things for sure, that will not be our last visit.

    ... of symptoms started -- itchiness on the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet. It was making me insane! I couldn't sleep at all (due partly to the family reunion next to me) because I couldn't stop scratching. Using my nails wasn't enough. I started using the cap from my plastic water bottle.     ... could rely on our quads engaging at the proper time for us to walk, get out of bed, off chairs and down steps. And forget massage, merely lying down in bed was agony if something touched the quads, let alone another person...no way!

    Sorry for the late post on this one, I somehow lost my mojo on this post, Rinjani is an amazing experience and would recommend it as long as you are prepared for some pain.
