... nice. We also took long walks along the beach walk which I think was our favorite activity.

Our next stop was to be Jogjakarta on Java. At first it looked like we were going to need to take an overnight bus for 15 hours because flights were super expensive. Ultimately, we found a pretty reasonable flight and were very happy to avoid the long bus ride to our next spot. ...

... mould, you name it. But here, you pay the cheapest price and it is heaven. You get a decent bed, clean sheets, your own bathroom, sometimes a little balcony and a view.

Unfortunately my stomach acted up again today, so I spent the whole day napping or in the toilet :/
But by 7 I was coming back to life so we headed out and grabbed some food at this local place right up the street.
It was SO NICE to have more vegetarian options than chopsuey and rice!
I can't wait until I'm feeling 100% and I can eat and eat and eat ...

    Running late,a dash to Sulawesi

A travel blog entry by firefrog11 on Dec 28, 2013

... but The traffic into Legian was really bad so by the time we arrived there it was 4.30pm. We got straight into a taxi and headed to the airport. The traffic was at a virtual stand still and we where starting to think we where going to miss the flight making it 4 flights in a row that we would have missed. I waved a 100,000 bill in front of the taxi driver and told him not to spare the horses. He gladly accepted and with a look of true ...
