      ... is free to enter and is quite small and basic. There are two pools – one containing baby turtles in plastic baskets and the other home to adults of varying sizes. A wooden pallet was covered with seaweed and this is what the turtles eat. We began to throw handfuls into the water and it didn't take long for a horde of turtles to swim over for a nibble. Feeding is charged at 15,000IRP which is only about 80p.

      I have been reading a series of articles by Alain de Botton on Travel - its benefits. And the change it brings about when we return to our homes. The different way we look at our 'home' - as if we had washed our eyes and we see it freshly. I hope for this quite strongly.

      ... is almost deafening, as we are used to the constant sounds of horns and bike exhausts!

      We have a meal in a Hotel on the strip, hotel workers always have to work all year round, before heading to the beach to watch all the Balinese families enjoying their special day! It is a lovely site, seeing whole families, grandparents, parents and children, all together, eating, playing, swimming or just happy to be together on their special day, it made us muse about ours!!!

      I'm 100% certain they're going to sell it! But really, why not? The pieces were probably 8 or 9 inches long.

      After my haircut I had a quick lunch at my favorite place, Warung Jawa, then checked into my room.
      It was unbearably hot and humid, so I had a little lay down in the air conditioned dorm.

      Myself and a Dutch guy named Thomas took a bmo to the night market for some dinner, and I overindulged ...
