... Munich), today was going to be relatively relaxing, enjoying the company with Mum and Dad, and getting ready for tomorrow. Once we were ready for the day, we jumped on a tram and rode towards the city centre. Depending on the line, we were considering going to Anne Frank House, but once we got off the tram and saw its length, we quickly changed plans and went shopping. Yay. Clearly the woman's influence. I'm not a good shopper, although I am getting better, but I feel at this stage ...

... to be looking at me with hungry eyes, ha! Wandering around the zoo today was another highlight of our trip, absolutely brilliant. On the way out of the zoo we dropped in on the Verzets Museum (the Dutch resistance museum) as it's just over the road. This was a really interesting museum and it was inspiring seeing how the Dutch responded to German occupation in WWII. After a long day on our feet we then took the tram to Rembrandtplein and ...

Our first stop for our Spring Break trip was Amsterdam. Upon arriving we roamed around the narrow streets full of tulips and tilted buildings. We went to the Anne Frank museum mid afternoon. It was difficult to see how they such a large family could live in such a tight space for many years of hiding. The inspiring story of a young girl and her family ...
