After leaving Hunting Beach we traveled south on Hwy 101...What a beautiful drive along the coast with the ocean waves and hilly terrain. I especially like Laguna Beach. The first 2 nites we stayed at the only RV park available...on the weekend everything is full around beach towns. The park was fine. We found the harbor and the pier. Had a nice dinner one night at the Lighthouse on the Pier and of course did some shopping. ...
... Cheryl jumped out to get dinner ready. The kids continued to play in the pool until well past dark. Mark lit the fire pit – so nice--and we ate a bug-free meal outside. Now that is a nice difference from old St. Lou. And we’ll give you this, San Diego: you’re evenings are glorious.
By the time dinner was over, the kids were exhausted from the long, hot day.
Tomorrow: Maybe the Mission of San Juan Capistrano and some pool ...

After breakfast, we headed back to California Adventure and Mac rode “California Screamin'” a couple of times while Mark, Cheryl and Josie waited in a long line for “Toy Story Mania.” Still a fun ride.
