... but it was still ages until my train, so I went to the Science Museum. It was pretty tacky, but had just enough interactivity and err "charm" to keep me amused the last few hours. And I found five bucks outside, sweet.
Got into Buffalo that evening. It made a good first impression with it's tram/pedestrian-oriented main street. The hostel was reasonable too, and there was actually somewhere to get food.
