... and swooned over the puppy both at the bottom of the mountain and again when we got off the chairlift. ... with how amazing mine was. I don't think I've ever had white asparagus before, but it was delicious. If it hadn't been such a fancy place, I would have taken a photo of it. It was a work of art. Two giant prawns the size of lobster tails in the center of the plate, with fresh, local, strawberries and white asparagus. Spectacular. ... chimney smokehouse for dinner, it was a very nice meal. After dinner we went for a walk past all of Lucerne's Christmas markets where we tried battered apple with cinnamon and custard which were to die for. The people of Lucerne during the winter time drink a hot red wine to keep their insides warm.
