Last time - the server forgot to put in our order - we waited well over an hour. Apologies eventually happened but took a very long time to occur. We were eventually offered more drinks and the server brought us desserts (thank you but no) but by that time we were tired after a long Rigi Kulm day and really just wanted to go.
