... s Ipad with Emma and Ally.
After departing the plane we left for the train that would take us to the city.
I think Aimee might have gotten a mini heart attack since she could not find her phone and had to pause only to find it all the way at the bottom of her bag.
We did not have to wait a long time for the train to arrive.
The train ride included a few stops before arriving at the city and only took about twenty minutes.

You don't need a tour guide as you just ...

... original ideas were largely untested in particular the shell style roofs which no one had any idea how to construct. I was struck by how similar it was to the National and the Barbican which must have been built about the same time. It is an amazing site right on the harbour and made me think why the National makes so little of its river frontage. At the Opera house the foyers seemed small but I imagine most people are happy to wait outside overlooking the harbour. Ticket ...

... arrival of the first fleet of convicts and the effect it had on the aborigines, and another the disaster of the Sydney Hobart race in 1988. But one of the best exhibits was this one showing a boat made of tin cans! Apparently in the 1970s the people of Hobart were so fed up with all the beer cans littering the place, they decided to have a competition to see who could make the best boat out of tin cans. The ...
