I wake up early, once again beating the sun and after breakfast I ask the desk how to get to the airport. They set me up with a car out front and about 30 minutes later I am dropped off at the entrance. Coincidence is my friend and who should get out of the car behind me but the doctors who put my arm back in socket. ... I was glad when we landed in Tocumen International Airport, even if we were so early we had to wait 20 minutes to access a gate and begin debarcation. Drew caught up with me as I was trying to re-pressurize my ears and we then proceeded thru customs and found a taxi driver holding a sign with my name.
