... enter the Gulf Stream just south of Cape Hatteras, then pass around the Cape and parallel the North Carolina and Virginia beaches to Cape Henry. The front should pass and the winds diminish behind it as we cross the Gulf Stream, for which he provided specific entry and exit waypoints and a target timeframe for crossing with the most favorable winds.
