As soon as we got up in the morning around 8AM we started to pack up camp because check out was at noon. We wanted to get a move on if we were going to explore. Today we left our hotel in Lovelock around 8 am. We drove for about 3 hours to get to Lake Tahoe. It was gorgeous there. We stopped at a popular overlook at Emerald Bay State Park. We got lunch at a place right near the beach. They had the best sweet potato fries I've ever eaten. After eating, we started the 4 hour trip to my Aunt Tina's house in Forestville, California.
