    ... and got this absolutely out of this world CINNAMON PRETZEL. I loved it! Then we went to the hotel and me and Sam had a shower, I had an at least 15 minute one Sam had a 10 minute and 12 second shower.     Today, Kathy and I got up about 7 am, after being woken up at 4:45 am (PT) by her dog sitter, who had locked herself out of the house, Kathy got her situated, and we both went back to bed for a few hours. Given that my body was telling me it was time to get up, I ended up reading instead while Kathy went back to sleep.     ... To look out across the valley and see all the different types of vegetation interspersed with those dusty mounds and then all the houses dropped into the landscape really is amazing. I don't think the photos from my phone do it justice at all. And then there's that iconic Hollywood sign that presides over everything. I don't care how much you don't want to look like and excited tourist, you just can't help it when you see that sign.

    ... I had chicken in mustard sauce with a delicious tiramisu-like dessert and the second menu was a slice of pizza.), the flight attendants were nice and the 90 minute delay caused by the airport apparently. Also, the seats were okay regarding their comfort.
