      Had a fun day reorganizing my luggage and doing stuff, lunch in a nice place, coffee at Cafe Lucy...

      In the evening Spencer & I went to see the film Birdman in an incredible theatre, there really is nothing like seeing a film in Los Angeles... then we walked to a few bars and had dinner and he showed me the nightlife... it was great fun...

      ... That beach is possibly one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever visited, we didn't go on any of the fairground rides, but saw the beach which was more than enough.       ... are at a red light and turning right, you are allowed to go as long as you treat it as a stop sign and give way (yield). After talking to heaps of people about their time in the States we were quite surprised no one mentioned this bit of information because it has been quite key to getting around.

      Sleeping and Eating
      Stayed at the Howard Johnson in Torrence in LA. Was a good hotel with a nice breakfast and free wifi. Slightly far away from Hollywood.
