    We could not make calls from hotel, phone was for shoe only, no remote for the Tv, very very very basic

    ... stories about our families and work and trips! So glad we got together with them. And, Scott chose a great place where we had calamari, clams, pasta, and chicken! No, we only shared the calamari! The rest were individual entree orders!

    So, Fresno to LA was exciting in some not so desirable ways, ants, and desirable ways, Marty, Nancy, The Getty, Allison and Scott!

    On to Encinitas and San Diego where we are right now! Reporting soon from here!

    ... in a sort place that was equal to downtown Disney but at Universal Studios, and with way more neon lights. The food was probably the best food we had on the whole trip and we sang for the waiters at the end. (We also sang another song for a man at the restaurant who was from Hawaii, we moved him to tears, which is always sort of magical). We got back to the hotel early with enough time for a half hour swim in the out door swimming pool at the hotel before bed at ten o'clock.

    ... characters and because of that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the logging depot we travelled back onto the beach towards the Maheno ship wreck. However on the way there we parked next an aircraft (Cessna Caravan) on the beach, a pretty weird sight in itself.     ... to Little Tokyo to Bunker Hill to Broadway street and Staples Center, it took us about five hours to walk around the city, learn a little history of the area and the different architecture throughout the century.
