Today was the first day of a 5 days stretch of sea days. Not a great start as the sea got quite rough at night and continued to rock and roll all day long. Not quite as dramatic as the bouncy sea day last summer, but enough to make Cathy think twice about lunch. We did got to see the ‘Captain’s Chat’ and learned that things should be calmer over the next few days...so that’s good ...

So when we were finally ready we walked around to Little Italy to a shop called Caffe Italia for coffee. Surely we'll find some good coffee there!
There were about three people in line in front of us, and just one guy working. (Slowly!)
He took his sweet time making each order before taking the next order, so it seemed like forever (especially with caffeine deprivation) to get the coffee!

Afterwards we walked over to the Cheesecake Factory for a very late lunch. Everyone knows of this restaurant from the Big Bang Theory where Penny is a waitress. Our waitress though wasn’t Penny. Her name was Dawn and she turned out to be a very interesting person and a terrific waitress. The food was excellent – well prepared and presented – very tasty and more than enough to fill you up. ... seek different paths to our motel. A taxi driver sensed our predicament and offered us passage. If I had realised at the time that this taxi driver would try and recreate a real life Grand theft Auto driving scene then I may have shunned such offerings. I got into the back seat expecting a leisurely drive, but I had barely fastened my seatbelt whence the car lurched forward and shot off like an invention from Back To The Future.
