So, 409 miles South of New York, I'm staying the night in Lynchburg, Virginia. It has a nice, historic feel to it and a river for Oscar to have his morning swim in. I happily take up the offer from the reception staff of the hotel to babysit Oscar while I tuck into crab cakes and sirloin. Win win.
