We set off from New York a little after 9am after filling in the necessary paperwork and a quick introduction. Piled into a 15 seater bus and headed north to New York State. Pit stop at a Walmart to pick up a few supplies, Jesus I have never seen anything like it! It's massive! Stopped for lunch, bread and deli meat and fruit, at a nice state park set by a lake. We passed by so many corn fields and I think the other fields were potatoes. It is amazing how much land is out there. We did not see any farm equipment plowing the fields, probably too early in the growing season. I believe it is cattle corn.
