... further along we see cattle, cattle and more cattle (1000+) packed in tight into a field of dirt … and Peter pipes up, "Grain fattened Beef …. " Who knows, but it wasn't a very nice sight…. it was a relief to see more cows, mind you not as many grazing on grass further down the road …. but Texas is beef country…. cowboys and cowgirls, as the bathroom doors remind us, at the servos.
