    On Thursday I stocked up on Asian food in Chinatown and on Friday night Matt and I made turkey dumplings from scratch. They were delicious!     My friend Margarita loves the word serendipity, which means "the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way". That perfectly describes today.

    ... are no yardages, no hole handicap rankings and no hole names. The lack of hole handicapping is apparently due to the shifting winds; hole difficulty depends upon the direction of the wind. Keeping with the natural feel of Friar's Head, no cart paths, no rakes anywhere and no frills. There is no slope rating on the card either.     January 17th at 11:52 pm:
    "Really going to plan a volunteer trip to Ghana- if anyone is interested in joining me this summer- inbox me, its actually not that expensive."...Never in a million years would I think this would become a reality, and it has.
