... shores of Lake Michigan ever since I met Gail, so today was the day. We by-passed the metropolis called Milwaukee and headed over to a town called Port Washington. The first place we stopped was a fish shop called EWIG'S that Gail and her hubby Rog used to stop at. They used to get smoked chubs at this place and then go picnic at a park over looking the lake. Dave had stopped to take a picture, so Becca and Haydynne and I slowed way down to wait for him so that we could all ride up to the house together. Rodney and Sammi were waiting for us, and the rest of the day has been spent in showering, cleaning up the camper, re-settling Becca and Rodney and the girls back at ...

... we were talking about ride order and responsibilities. We talked about needing certain riders who understood distance riding and rider safety in strategic positions in the stick. We had the bikers positioned and you all heard the rationale. In all of that, the two most important spots are the lead and the tailgunner. Jayne was the lead and Karen was the tailgunner...it wasn't any of us on bikes...you were integral parts of the stick...Now you know why we had the separate ...
