Around 4pm i decided the storm was almost over and took a walk downtown. Vendors from the annual Craft Sale were loading up their vehicles after being washed out today. About 1/2 into the day following the signs faithfully I turned onto a dirt road! and there was a second sign just down the way as if to say yes this is the way!
