The tour began at 1:00, just after we arrived. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, especially since he has only worked for them for less than three months. He was obviously a very quick study. They started the tour with a sample of their fudge and also with a piece of, get this, chocolate covered bacon. It’s their number two seller.
