... from up there is amazing, you are surrounded by fields of yellow and white flowers, with the rugged cliffs and the village below. Just beautiful! When walking down with the sun shining brightly and some blue in the sky we came across them filming some scenes with the Doc outside his surgery. So lucky we went for that last walk, it was exciting to watch. Martin is a very happy person in real life and happy to have his photo taken with his fans. ... long distances in the rain.

My second class off peak ticket cost me 58 UK Pounds and the second class carriages were absolutely packed and noisy. ... used to herald Sir Francis Drake's entrée into battle, quite amazing! The buildings are a monument to medieval craftsmanship, the Great Barn is as impressive as the Abbey. The estate looks over the Tavy Valley with lush agricultural pastures and peaceful woodlands,so much green! This is a Dartmoor gem and one we thoroughly enjoyed. Once again we walked around the gardens until closing time and we arrived back at Seaton late again. Tomorrow we leave Cornwall and head for Tenby in ...
