In the distance we could see what I thought were ocean going ships making their way down the coast but Paul thinks they were more than likely ferries, as the lake is huge and distorts things in the distance.

Once that trip finished we walked along the pier, stopping for lunch, then we strolled through an exhibition of stained glass ...

The espresso machine is used just as scientifically - beans are ground immediately before use by one staff member, another extracts the espresso shot while a third steams the milk. With person #4 taking orders at the start, and #5 plating up and delivering, it's a real production line - no wonder queues form! And that's just for cappuccinos, lattés etc - other staff cover the French Press, tea making ...
