Starting off on the good foot
... had some help, there is a lot to learn. Anything from a simple "make sure you drop your tailgate" (some may know what I mean and giggle) to the most necessary of hooking up your toilet, water, electricity, etc. All in all, we've don't great these past couple of days into our first week and haven't had a complaint yet. It's always a help when your best friend is with you all along the way.

... game and I had to make sure we didn't leave anything out. Matt and Kevin needed the full-on, Aggie football experience. So we left Kyle's after about an hour or so and went to Layne's for some good ole fashioned chicken strips. Day 3 - Huntsville to College Station - 56 miles
... Lewis rode in memory of Weston Laningham, an organ donor who passed in April 2011. Everyone did an excellent job speaking at the event. There were a lot of people and about 20 joined the bone marrow registry after the event.
We were able to take showers on campus after the event before our two hour drive to Sequin where we will stay for two night - that's always a treat since you don't have to load you luggage one morning.

I've always wanted to "GIG 'EM"...
Well there is not much in College Station, except of course Texas A&M university. We were here to visit my life long friend Ben Landon. We went to freebirds to get the largest burrito Ive ever had. Besides that there is not much to do here unless you want to fry an egg on the pavement. This was a relaxing stop before we headed to our much anticipated destination - Carlsbad caverns.

I scream, You Scream, We All Scream
... and H.E.B. Plus. We had a wander around the huge craft centre picking up some bits and pieces before picking up food for the few meals at home during the week. The plan is too eat at home three times and eat out twice in the five day week.
We had dinner of spicy sausage pasta and I finished that off with my last bit of Cheesecake Factory Red Velvet cheesecake, while watching Professor Layton and The Eternal Diva. Which was reasonably good for a cartoon based on a logic puzzle ...
