A little closer to home - Inverness and Beauly
... again as we headed back and into Inverness. City is grey and uninviting on this gloomy morning. Parked in public car park and walked in the light rain into the city centre.Stopped at the tourist information centre when Cheryl made the obligatory souvenir purchases. Walked up hill to nearby Inverness Castle which is now the Courthouse. Noted 3 prison transport vehicles so court was in session. Cold and windy outside but took advantage ...

As the tide subsided I was able to walk along the beach to ...
Hunting Nessie
