    ... It was nice to get out on the water amongst the yachts and speed across the harbour. After only 10 minutes we were disembarking at Devonport and wandering through the Victorian streets.

    We headed straight through the village to walk up Mount Victoria, another dormant volcano, for wonderful 360 degree views of the Hauraki Gulf and Auckland Harbour.
