That's why it was a pleasure to treat them to 갈비. Kalbi is my favorite Korean meal. Just a overall experience with sitting in front of a fire and eating meat wrapped in lettuce (or other) leaves. In the US, it is often called Korean BBQ. Which I think is a misnomer since it is nothing like American BBQ!
